Job Summary

Kforce is seeking a Vendor Management Senior Analyst/Lead in Scottsdale, AZ. This contract role involves leading and mentoring a vendor management team, overseeing workload, and acting as an escalation point for vendor issues. Responsibilities include managing vendor setup, ensuring accurate documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring customer service. The role requires 3-5+ years in vendor management and experience with ERP systems, focusing on process improvement and reporting to leadership.

Must Have

  • Lead and mentor vendor management team; Oversee workload, training, and quality standards
  • Act as escalation point for vendor issues and cross-functional inquiries
  • Manage complete vendor setup and maintenance in enterprise systems
  • Communicate onboarding requirements clearly to suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate submission and validation of required documentation (tax, banking, compliance, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and other teams to maintain accurate vendor data
  • Monitor shared inbox and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Support planning and continuity tasks during critical operational periods
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to measure efficiency
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to vendor workflows
  • Track bottlenecks, risks, and readiness metrics; Report to leadership
  • Assist with special projects and system transitions as needed
  • 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
  • 3-5+ years in vendor management, procurement, master data, or supply chain
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Flexibility to work onsite as required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
